Pitch has been going for a few weeks now, and we're beginning to see the numbers grow, especially in particular sections.

Our Professional Services section has really taken off, and today the total figure of ads posted stands at 299. Within this, we're seeing certain sub-sections that are really taking off, such as 'Wedding Services' and 'Building, Removals & Trades'. We'd love to be in a position whereby our users go to a certain sub-section for the best choice of that service in their area!

Stuff for Sale is also growing by the day, and it currently stands at a total of 168 ads posted. We hope and expect this to grow very quickly, so that people can avoid paying to sell items on auction sites and other classifieds sites that charge per ad.

It is currently free to post details of a motor for sale - this is again unusual, as the majority of classifieds and sale sites charge either a % or per ad.

Start using pitch.ie today. Pass the word. It's free, and remember the more people using it the better it will work. If you have had any pitch successes, either through sales, or an increase in customer contact, we'd love to hear about it!!

Pitch is growing by the day!

We've been going for about 2 months, and pitch is growing by the day.

We have our blog to keep you updated, facebook accounts: Pitch Ie and pitch.ie, and a twitter account: http://twitter.com/pitch_ie . Add us, and keep up to date with any changes happening, any competitions running and just general information about pitch.ie.

For anyone who already has an ad with us, don't forget to bump it up - this will mean your ad will appear at the top of our listings, and it saves you time having to re-do your ad.

Why we think you should use pitch.ie?

• We're Irish owned and run, and we offer this service nationwide.
• The fact that we are free is a huge bonus, and means that smaller enterprises can get their detials on the web without any cost. There are many classifieds sites out there, and the majority of them charge for then privilege of posting your details. At pitch.ie we believe that it's particularly important, given tougher market conditions, that you have a platform to sell your goods or service.
• We listen to what you want! We have added several sections recently given the demand for them and can do so again. If we get enough posts for a particular sector/service, we will create a dedicated section for them.

A little bit about Pitch.ie

For those who don't know anything about us, we're a new classifieds website, Irish based & owned, and we really think that our services will help the smaller & medium-sized enterprises in Ireland to boost their web presence, given that we're all facing a much tougher market climate.

Pitch is also a useful tool for community-based activities, with a comprehensive Community section, detailing events, classes, artists&theatres, sports teams and much more.

And for those of us who are doing a Spring clean or just need a bit of extra cash and have stuff to sell, pitch.ie is free to use - post as many ads as you want as often as you want.
